Custom Header for Driver Side...
With a ZX conversion you run in to a  problem with the steering gear
box.  With its location you can not use a standard block hugger
header because of where the exhaust ports on the two middle
cylinders come out.

I purchased a box of mandrel bends in 1 5/8" size to build my
header.
I built a "jig" out of 4x4's.  I measured how far out I could go
from the cylinder head to the gear box and how far down I
could go.  Then I just bolted the flange with the 4 exhaust ports
onto the top piece of wood and then bolted the collector to the
bottom piece.  All I had to do then was connect the ports.
I sent out both headers to be "Jet Hot Coated."  Now they look nice and will last much longer.  As you can see in the picture
the custom header is cut between the ports.  This is so the header can flex some when it heats and cools, which will make it
less likely to leak.  The Jet Hot coating cost $200 but it really makes them look nice!
Transmission Mount...
Basically it is a U-Channel mount, with it going across the tranny
tunnel and it bolts to the tranny tunnel.  Very simple!

I have two large plates on the inside of the car that have the bolts
going threw them. I used the plates to spread out the load.

There is about 1000 miles on the new dirvetrain and so far the mount
is holding up very good!
Motor Mounts...
Well here are some pictures of the MSA motor mounts that I paid
WAY to much for.  If you have any fabrication skills you can make
these.  All they do is adapt the Chevy 3 bolt pattern to the Datsun 2
bolt pattern on the rubber mounts.  The drivers side is about a 3"
spacer and the passenger side is about 2.25" spacer.
